Review process:

Paper submit——＞ME check ——＞EiC/EBM pre-check ——＞peer review ——＞collect at least two comment reports ——＞author revise——＞second round review ——＞EiC/EBM final decision

Quality control:

1.ME check: will check whether the manuscript complies with the scope of the journal, whether it complies with ethics, and whether the format of the article meets the requirements of the journal;

2.EiC/EBM pre-check:to roughly judge the overall quality of the manuscript through the professional knowledge of the EiC/EBM, and whether it is suitable for peer review

3.Peer review: invite at least two experts or senior scholars in the field to review the manuscript and give their opinions on its quality, novelty, accuracy, logic and English grammar

4.Second round review:after the author revises the manuscript with the reviewer's comments, we will send the revised manuscript to the reviewer again to check whether the revision is qualified. And give the next step, whether to continue to modify or can be accepted or rejected.

5.Final decision: after the two reviewers give their own opinions and the previous steps are completed, we will send both the manuscript and the reviewer's comments to the EiC/EBM to make a final decision on the manuscript, whether to accept, reject or other.
